Welcome back!!

Ok, so we’re almost there!!

Can you believe we’re already 10 days in?

Not far to go now 🙂

How did you go with your cardio workout and your Incantations of “I Love Money & Money Loves Me”?

Was it fun and did it make you laugh?  Or did you find you had some “second conversations” going on?

Well today we’re going to start putting things in place to start pulling it all together … and that all starts with a good plan.

Step 10 – Your 90-Day Goal

Ok, so you’ve got your Desires and Dreams and you’re really connected in to them – well THIS is where it all starts to get real!!!

We are going to start getting really clear about what your life could look like in 90 Days if you created a Goal in the direction of your Desires and Dreams, and put steps in place for you to achieve that goal.

So ….

Bring your Perfect Day, your Desires and your Great Big Hairy Dream back to your mind …

And now imagine that you are 90 days down the track from today as you move toward it …

What date is it? …………………………………………………

When you look at all that is possible, and if you embraced some, if not all of your 2.0 Version Beliefs and Statements, and you look all the resources you have at your fingertips, what does your life look like if you applied yourself?

What is it that you think you would be able to achieve within the next 90 days?

Remember, the key to achieving goals is about setting the intention first!

Then comes having a really good plan!! So it’s a great idea to keep S.M.A.R.T. 90-Day Goals 

S = Specific

It’s really good if you can get really clear on what you’re going to achieve, and how you think you are going to achieve it.  If you’re not sure on the how, make sure you get some help with that – oh wait! That can be a SPECIFIC part of your plan … Finding out who an help you!!

M = Measurable

Science & Studies have shown time and time again that people who set Measurable goals have a greater degree of success than those that don’t. 

So what parts of your 90-Day Goal can be measured so that there is no doubt that you have achieved it?

A = Achievable

You need to make sure that when you are setting ANY goal that it is Achievable – if it has been done before by ANYONE, then surely it can be done now by you.  

For those who shoot for the unachievable or dream in the realms of the “Unknown”, they are a certain type of person who has unprecedented faith and belief in both themselves and the Universe to deliver all that they can Dream – a very rare animal indeed. 

Not extinct by any means, but definitely someone who has developed Absolute Certainty by harnessing the power of Faith and Unwavering Belief. 

These can be cultivated, though it generally depends on building the Manifesting Muscle to KNOW that everything they Desire CAN and WILL come to life – and that muscle-building starts with making the early goals Achievable – stuff you know you can do, but are now willing to Commit to making it happen – with no holding back.

R = Realistic

The whole thing about this whole exercise is to make sure that YOU are able to actually achieve your 90-Day Goal.  

Chances are this isn’t the first time that you’ve aimed for a goal, but even if it isn’t, if we don’t set Realistic Goals that we know WE can achieve, then it is almost absolutely assured that you will be setting yourself up to fail – I’m pretty certain you don’t want to do that.  

So set Realistic Goals – things that you know you can make happen with some focus and attention to the task at hand.

T = Time-based

Ok, so we’ve actually helped you with this one – go back to the Date you wrote down earlier – 90 Days from now.

Now understand …

This date doesn’t change until you hit it, and neither does the Goal!

As soon as we start negotiating either of these we begin to change the outcomes and the results.

Of course, if you are able to get it done ahead of schedule, then kudos to you!

But as soon as you start extending dates or reducing your Goal, you dilute the energy and certainty you need to bring your Desires and Dreams to life.

When it comes to “Success” rates for achieving Goals, remember these figures, …

10% if you simply have a goal in mind
25% if you consciously decide that you will achieve it
40% if you set a date by which you will achieve it
50% if you create a plan for how you will do it
65% if you make a promise to someone else that you will do it
95% when you make specific accountability appointments with that person (which is probably why 1-on-1 career coaching works so well)

But at the end of the day … DECIDE what you want to achieve and WHO you are BE-coming in pursuit of those Desires and Dreams, and based on the figures above, what you need to do to make them happen.

Review:  Read this super clear 90-day goal out loud with feeling each night before you go to bed! See it as done as you put your head on the pillow and close your eyes!!
