What Happens In a PSYCH-K® Session …
First, we have a little chat just enough to set the intention
(a short topical discussion helps to identify the direction of the session)
We then gently muscle test in a certain way to establish connection & communication with the subconscious mind.
Using the information gathered via the Muscle Testing, the session then moves through a range of safe and effective protocols and processes that transform limiting beliefs and stress in a non-invasive and non-traumatic way – changes to the subconscious are immediate, permanent & verifiable.
We discuss whether anything further is in order, then bring the session to a close.

The session allows the wisdom contained within the body to rise into consciousness so that you can make more informed decision regarding your current situation.
We discuss whether anything further is in order, then bring the session to a close.

What Happens During Transition Facilitation …
The initial conversation and first meeting provides more than just valuable information regarding the individual’s situation – apart from building rapport, it also begins developing the proper connection required to begin the transitional energy work.
A variety of modalities, processes and protocols will be used throughout this service, and each service will be discussed as needed. However, depending upon the situation we generally begin with some Natural Energy Balancing / Healing, where we work with colour, crystals, sound and aromatherapy to rebalance and harmonise the bodies major energy centres. We will also focus on particular areas of concern as needed.
During the alignment, relevant messages and information may be revealed.
While discussing what is revealed is optional, many people receive great insight from these discussions which usually provides great comfort and peace.
This service may be delivered in person or via a remote/distance option, and the level of personal interaction will depend upon the nature of the situation. Each facilitation is managed case by case, however this will be clearly outlined after the initial conversation or the first meeting.
