Booking Appointments for Services, Packages & Programs
1. All appointments must be scheduled via the online portal provided on The “Success” Transformation Studio’s website.
2. All appointments are subject to availability, are not transferrable, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. If at least 48 hours notice is given, appointments can be rescheduled by the client using the online portal (subject to availability), providing it is still within the bounds of the time frames of the purchase.
4. Requests to reschedule within 48 hours of an appointment must be made in writing. Acceptance of the request is at the sole discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio and is subject to availability.
5. Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio and is subject to availability.
6. Appointments NOT attended, rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be forfeit and funds non-refundable.
7. ALL Package & Program sessions are to be scheduled consecutively as “Recurring appointments” as of the 1st appointment, and all appointments are to be redeemed weekly from the date of the 1st Consultation.
8. The “Success” Transformation Studio is under no obligation to honour the Package or Program outside of the set time frames and there will be no refunds for missed appointments if changing the appointments outside of the agreed schedule.
eg. in the case of the “Back In Balance” 5-week Success Program, all 5 appointments must be met within the 30 days, and the “Total Transformation” 10-week Success Program must be met within 65 days.
9. Extenuating circumstances are taken into consideration only if contact has been initiated in writing and are arranged BEFORE the set appointment time.
10. Refunds are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio without obligation, and no correspondence will be entered into.

“Back In Balance” 5-week Success Program
1. Our proprietry 5-week program which consists of:
………. 3 x “Empowered Solutions” Combos (2½hrs)

“Total Transformation” 10-week Success Program

Online Purchases from The “Success” Transformation Studio Services
1. The online purchase of all services provided by The “Success” Transformation Studio are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Online purchases can be made via Credit Card or Debit Card (MasterCard/Visa) which will be processed by Stripe.com.
3. Cash Payments may be made in person prior to the start of the session and only by special arrangement. Bring exact money as no change will be given.
4. If making a purchase as a gift for someone else via the “Pay It Forward” Gift Service, the Gift Recipient’s name and contact details MUST be noted at the time of purchase.
5. There will be no refunds for these gifts, though a single transfer may be requested, with the new Gift Recipient’s name and contact details to be supplied at the time of transfer request.
6. The Gift is valid for 3 months from date of Original Purchase.
7. All online purchases require arranging appointments at point of sale using The “Success” Transformation Studio’s online portal – the link will be supplied on The “Success” Transformation Studio’s website, or via email under special conditions. The responsibility of this falls to the person who purchases the service, or the Gift Recipient whose name has been registered at the time of purchase.
8. The “Success” Transformation Studio is in no way responsible for contacting customers to provide coupon codes or arranging appointments.
9. All appointments are subject to availability, are not transferrable, and no correspondence will be entered into.

“Pay As You Go” Payment Plans
By accepting this method of payment you understand that these conditions apply to all payment plans offered by The “Success” Transformation Studio:
1. You have been given financial grace in good standing and you will honour this agreement in good faith.
2. You will be asked to provide copies of the following:
……….. * Front and back of your current Driver’s License
……….. * Front of the credit/debit card you intend to use to make the payments
……….. * A copy of either a utility bill dated within 3 months of your application
OR
………..Your current Medicare Card stating which number you are on the card.
………..Your name AND address must be the same on each document.
3. You have agreed to pay the full program fee and have agreed to honour all payments
4. You agree to have sufficient funds in your account to service the payments which will be processed by Stripe.com on behalf of The “Success” Transformation Studio
5. Should you break this agreement intentionally or unintentionally, you will be liable for the full fee according to services rendered.
6. Followup to seek payment in full will be made via professional Debt Collectors which may impact your Credit Rating.
7. The payment plans consists of weekly or fortnightly payments, with the appropriate number of recurring repayments according to the program or package you purchased – your repayments will be clearly outlined at point of sale when you purchase your package or program.
8. If your card details or residential address, phone or email address changes during the payment plan you are required to keep The “Success” Transformation Studio updated within 7 days of the change.

Case Study Program
1. The Case Study Program is offered intermittently with limited availability. As such, invitation into the Case Study Program is at the sole discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio, does not guarantee acceptance, and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. All sessions are to be scheduled consecutively as from the 1st appointment and all are to be redeemed weekly from the date of the 1st Consultation.
3. The terms of participation in the Case Study Program are as follows …
In exchange for services provided by The “Success” Transformation Studio
3.1 You agree to provide all information requested during the application process.

3.2 Completing and submitting the application is considered acceptance of these terms.

3.3 The financial value is $1,235 for the “Head In The Game” with PSYCH-K® 5 Pack

3.4 The financial value is $1,670 for the “In Focus ” Business Strategy 5 Pack

3.5 The financial value is $2,404 for the “Back In Balance” 5-week Success Program

3.6 Participants in this program are required to submit the following:.
……. * Initial Intake Form outlining your current situation across several areas of your life
……. * 5 x weekly reports via the online Check In portal within 48 hours of your next session
3.7 You agree to summarise your weekly progress, your wins, your challenges, your feedback etc, with a written report or an optional short video (3-5 minutes)
3.8 Failure to provide these progress reports will result in your Case Study Program offer being terminated immediately.
3.9 At the end of your program, you agree to participate in a live interview which will be recorded in the Studio, or via Zoom regarding your experience. .
3.10 You will be given access to the final interview prior to public release for your approval.

4. Should any of these requirements not be met, you will be invoiced for services rendered at standard service prices and all legal measures will be taken to recover full payment.
5. All appointments are subject to availability, are not transferrable, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Rescheduling appointments are at the sole discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio.
7. If at least 48 hours notice is given, you will reschedule your appointments using the online portal (subject to availability), providing it is still within the bounds of the time limitations of the Case Study Program Agreement.
eg. in the case of the “Head In The Game” with PSYCH-K® 5-Week Package, the “Back In Balance” 5-week Success Program, all 5 appointments must be met within the 30 days.
8. In the event that you fail to give at least 24 hours notice of not being able to attend a scheduled appointment, your continuation in the Case Study Program will be reviewed by The “Success” Transformation Studio.
9. Extenuating circumstances regarding appointment changes are taken into consideration only if contact has been initiated in writing and are arranged BEFORE the set appointment time, but this does not guarantee the adjustment.
10. You understand that The “Success” Transformation Studio is under no obligation to honour the Package or Program outside of the set time-frames and there will be no continuation if changing the appointments outside of the agreed schedule.
11. If any of these conditions are breached, continuation in the Case Study Program is not guaranteed. This decision is solely at the discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio without obligation, and no correspondence will be entered into.
“Thank You Money” Referral Program for Affiliates
The terms of participation in the “Thank You Money” Referral Program for Affiliates are as follows …
1. You must read and agree to all of these Terms & Conditions as well as all the information contained in the Affiliate Agreement
2. You agree to provide all information requested during the application process..
3. Completing and submitting the application is considered acceptance of these terms..
4. Application to the “Thank You Money” Referral Program for Affiliates is not guaranteed and is solely at the discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio without obligation, and no correspondence will be entered into..
5. You must have personally experienced at least ONE paid or unpaid qualifying service of The “Success” Transformation Studio. The list of qualifying services are as follows:

.7. Affiliates will be given access to their final testimonial prior to public release for their approval.
8. Upon approval, the Affiliate will receive an email with details outlining the next steps, how to access the “Thank You Money” Referral Program for Affiliates Payout System, including details for invoicing us, as well as details around how to use your “Thank You Money” Referral Program for Affiliates Google Drive Sheet or Affiliate Management Software for Lead Tracking.
9. All other miscellaneous information is contained in the Affiliate Agreement.
10. Should there be any breach of the Affiliate Agreement, the Affiliate will automatically be withdrawn from the program, with all outstanding monies being forfeit and no correspondence being entered into.

The F.A.S.T. Transformation – Special Offer
The terms of The FA.S.T. Transformation Special Offer are as follows …
1. You must read and agree to all of these Terms & Conditions as well as the information contained within the Acknowledgment & Release Form
2. You agree to provide all information requested during the application process, including details of your motorcycling experience, challenges and motorcycling groups you may be involved with..
3. Completing and submitting the application is considered acceptance of these terms..
4. You must be actively involved or attempting to be active in the motorbiking community.
5. This Special Offer is ONLY

6. Provision of Service is at the total discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio.
7. The Special $150 Discount
7.1 This Special $150 Discount only applies ONCE per person for The F.A.S.T. Transformation Initial Consultation and requires the use of an appropriately allocated “Success” Code, ONLY for use at the checkout by First Time Customers in the motorbike community.
8. The Special $99 Discount
8.1 This Special $99 Discount applies to all Returning Customers for the The F.A.S.T. Transformation Consultation and requires the use of an appropriately allocated “Success” Code, ONLY for use of people in the motorbike community.
9. You will be required to make payment when scheduling your appointment. You have a maximum of ONE appointment reschedule, which must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to observe this condition will result in all monies paid being forfeit.
10. You will be asked during your session if you would like the opportunity to provide feedback to us within 7 days via our “Have Your Say Too” portal (link will be provided to you via email at the appropriate time by The “Success” Transformation Studio) where you can tell us about how you think your session went, your thoughts about your Facilitator, and what impact you have experienced as a result of your session. Click Here if you do not receive this email and would like to leave feedback.
11. If you choose, you will also be able to provide a detailed 3-5 minute Rave Review video testimonial explaining how much and what you loved about your session and your results, or provide constructive feedback that we can use to improve our services,

The terms of The F.A.S.T. Transformation Special Tiered Discount Program are as follows …

2. You agree to provide all information requested during the application process, including details of your motorcycling experience, challenges and motorcycling groups you may be involved with..
3. Completing and submitting the application is considered acceptance of these terms..
4. You must be actively involved or attempting to be active in the motorbiking community.
5. This Special Offer is for a “limited time only”, and will not be available unless the purchase link is live on the The “Success” Transformation Studio website page, unless otherwise privately offered at the discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio.
6. It is ONLY reserved for people in the motorbiking community, will only be offered ONCE per person for the Initial Consult only, and provision of service is at the total discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio.
7. The First Tier Discount
7.1 This Special Discount only applies to the The F.A.S.T. Transformation – Initial Consultation and requires the use of an appropriately allocated “Success” Code in order to obtain the one-off $150AUD discount for First Time Customers at the checkout.
7.2 You will be required to make payment when scheduling your appointment. You have a maximum of ONE appointment reschedule, which must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to observe this condition will result in all monies paid being forfeit.
8. With the Rave Review / Feedback Program you agree to the following:
8.1 BEFORE you attend your session, complete The F.A.S.T. Transformation “Get To Know You” form to provide a description of what’s going on in your life, as well as any challenges you might be facing.
You may or may not choose to use the relevant “Success” Code, however you will not receive your 1st tier $150AUD discount when you book and pay for your session unless you do so, and the discount may not be applied at any later date.
8.2 Attend your pre-arranged appointment, either live in our Studio or via our Zoom Room.
8.3 If you are delayed in arriving on time by more than 15 minutes, your session will be forfeit and rescheduling is at the discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio – a maximum of ONE reschedule may be offered, after which all monies paid will be forfeit and your participation in future sessions will be reassessed;
9. The Second Tier Discount
9.1 Provide feedback to us within 7 days via our Post-Session Check-In Portal (link will be provided to you via email at the appropriate time by The “Success” Transformation Studio) and you tell us about how you think your session went, your thoughts about your Facilitator, and what impact you have experienced as a result of your session.
9.2 If you do not receive this email, it will be up to you to contact The “Success” Transformation Studio so that we may follow this up for you. We cannot and will not be held liable for technical difficulties that are outside of our control.
9.3 When each of these steps have been completed and we have received your Post-Session Check-In survey results, you will then receive a $99AUD 2nd tier refund which will be refunded within 14 days to the credit card used during the original purchase.
10. The Third Tier Discount
10.1 If you choose to provide a detailed 3-5 minute Rave Review video testimonial when you submit your Post-Session Check-In, explaining how much and what you loved about your session and your results, or provide constructive feedback that we can use to improve our services, you will then also be eligible to receive a 3rd tier $49AUD refund which will be refunded at the same time as your 2nd tier, in one lump sum of $148AUD.
11. You also agree to and understand that the final fee paid for Initial Consults will be $99, and this is non-refundable at any point.
12. Use of your video testimonials
12.1 You agree that any and all feedback and testimonials, video or otherwise, are able to be used for marketing and development purposes as deemed fit by The “Success” Transformation Studio, understanding that you may or may not be given access to your final testimonial for your approval prior to public release.
12.2 If your video testimonial is selected to be published on The “Success” Transformation Studio website or YouTube Channel, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided in your Post-Session Check-In, where an offer of a full refund will be offered.
12.3 If your testimonial is used by The “Success” Transformation Studio in any advertising or marketing campaigns, you have the added possibility of earning commissions if you join our “Thank You Money” Referral Program for Affiliates, and as such are governed by that Program’s Affiliate Agreement.and associated Terms & Conditions.

“Boss Babes On Bikes” Street Session
You must understand some of the finer points of what this service is … and what it isn’t!
1) This service is only offered to clients who are licensed to ride a registered motorbike on public streets, have their own roadworthy, registered, comprehensively insured and fully fuelled motorbike, have done well in their Boss Babes on Bikes Studio Consultation, and feel ready to have a go in a live “practical” riding session.
2) You understand that you will not be instructed on the specifics of how to ride your motorbike, but rather will be mentored around your Mindset regarding how & what you think and feel ABOUT riding your motorbike.
3) Your level of participation during the Street Session will always and only ever be at a pace that is set by YOUR own particular comfort level, which you should clearly communicate to your Facilitator AFTER proceedings have been explained to you at each step, but BEFORE each part of the Street Session is attempted. You will also be instructed how to communicate with your Facilitator & Support Driver both on and off the bike, whilst both stationary and in motion – the responsibility to respectfully communicate your level of comfort however, will ALWAYS be yours – because you understand we are not mind-readers.
4) You also agree to ride in a lawful and safe manner at all times, and you willingly bear full responsibility for everything that occurs to your person and all property during the Street Session and after.
5) You acknowledge that you are aware of the inherent risks when taking part in the Street Session and you agree that The “Success” Transformation Studio won’t be held responsible for any injuries that occur during the course of this activity.
To be clear …
6) The “Success” Transformation Studio is offering this as a Mindset Mentoring service ONLY, and you understand and accept that by clicking the purchase button below, making payment and attending your appointment, you release all representatives of The “Success” Transformation, and all other parties, from any form of liability whatsoever, both now and in the future, and agree to download, fill in and submit this Activity Waiver & Release Form to your Mentor PRIOR to your Street Session.
7) There will be NO discounts on this service, and there will be NO refunds after the session has been attended.
8) This type of appointment is only available on certain days of the week and at certain times as set by The “Success” Transformation Studio, with no changes to be made within 48 hours of the appointed start time. The only exception to this will be weather permitting, and the decision to go ahead or not with the appointment is at the sole discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio.
9) Each Street Session appointment allows for only ONE reschedule, subject to there being at least 48 hours notice provided. Failure to provide 48 hours notice, or to attend the appointment at all, will result in all monies paid being forfeit, with no refunds or further reschedules available. All rescheduling of appointments is at the discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio and no correspondence will be entered into.
